• Program / plan, direct / organize, rectify and successfully implement all activities in relation to operations in a Pharmacy.
• Supervision of pharmacy reports & liaison with Head office.
• Maintenance of legal procedure & narcotic registers.
• Maintain a disciplined environment in the Pharmacy.
• Provide staff training & new products knowledge to Pharmacy team.
• Prepare periodic performance evaluation on all employees.
• Institute & implement enhancement of quality.
